Yzaguirre Red Reserve Vermouth

Mahogany-red in color, Yzaguirre Rojo Reserva Vermouth is highly aromatic, velvety, and pleasing to the palate, with notes of wood, herbs, and spices that evoke memories of ripe fruit. The initial taste is very balanced and flavorful, in perfect harmony with the product's acidity. Twelve months of aging in oak barrels give it consistency and character.

Our tip: As a daily aperitif or mid-afternoon drink. Excellent as a long drink, with a few drops of Campari, three or four ice cubes, a slice of orange, a broken orange rind in the glass, and a mint leaf. Also ideal for flavoring meat or game stews, seafood paella, or baked goods.
