Although our production is supervised by the regulatory council of the Designation of Origin (Piquillo de Lodosa peppers and the peppers used for this product are protected by the DO), the council only recognizes peppers packaged in their own juice (whole, strips, or pieces) with the numbered back label, not those already cooked.
