Codfish in Portuguese style : Real Conservera Española

This preserve keeps the original recipe: a base of potato and onion confit on which the best selection of fish pieces is placed.
The dish is topped with a black olive and a small layer of our olive oil, to add even more flavor and juiciness.

INGREDIENTS: Cod, onion, olive oil, potato, white wine, rice flour, black olives with stone, salt, parsley and white pepper.
