Hacienda Monasterio Ribera del Duero

Hacienda Monasterio combines many virtues: a vineyard located in the privileged Golden Mile, between Pesquera and Valbuena de Duero, and facing south; soils with a high concentration of limestone, which gives the wines finesse and elegance; a very favorable microclimate for good grape ripening and vineyards planted on hillsides, with perfect natural drainage; also, the hand of two expert winemakers, Carlos de la Fuente and Peter Sisseck.

Hacienda Monasterio is one of the emblematic red wines of the winery of the same name, a true benchmark among the wines of Ribera del Duero.

It is basically made from red fino grapes, to which a small percentage of cabernet sauvignon and merlot adds a certain Bordeaux touch.
