The legacy of the Val do Salnés vineyards made albariño: Heritage, the result of combining the essence of always with the aromatic complexity provided by barrel aging.
Made from the free-run juice of grapes from vineyards over 30 years old, in the first days of harvest.
100% Albariño. D.O. Rías Baixas-Val do Salnés.
Controlled fermentation at 16 ºC for 21 days. Once finished, the wine is aged in lightly toasted 500-liter European oak barrels. With this type of barrels what we are looking for is greater contact with the lees during aging and the organoleptic contribution that the wood provides to the wine.
Serving temperature: 8 – 10 oC.

Paco y Lola Albariño Heritage
Visual Phase
Straw yellow color with golden glints, clean and bright.
Olfactory Phase
The nose is complex and elegant, combining ripe fruit aromas of reineta apple, plum and lemon peel with floral notes of acacia and elderberry. In the background are aromatic herbs such as laurel and chamomile, subtle hints of sweet spices and almond notes. In the background, the mineral and saline character with a soft smoky nuance give it great depth and elegance.
Taste Phase
The palate is full and intense, with volume and freshness in perfect balance, the passage is very expressive with some structure, good fruit load, spicy and saline notes and a long and persistent finish.
