With authentic Roquefort A.O.C. cheese we elaborate this mousse.
Despite its spreadable texture and with only 13.1% fat, we have clearly preserved the personality and flavor of the cheese.
The word mousse comes from the French “foam” and refers to dishes or desserts with a spongy texture.
This is achieved naturally by the action of the beaten egg together with the other ingredients of the product.

INGREDIENTS: Whole cow’s milk, Sheep’s cheese (Roquefort) (23%), Fatty pasteurized white cheese, Pasteurized egg, Melting salts.
