Seafood Mousse| Conservas Rosara

With tasty seafood (crayfish and shrimp), fish broth and poached vegetables we make this delicious product.

The word mousse comes from the French “foam” and refers to dishes or desserts with a spongy texture.

This is achieved naturally by the action of the beaten egg together with the other ingredients of the product.

Ingredients: Fish stock (water and conger eel), Pasteurized egg, Cream, Tomato, Seafood (crayfish, red shrimp and prawns) (7%), Onion, Carrot, Vegetable oil (sunflower), Leek, Rice, Brandy, Salt.
