Real Conservera EspaƱola slimy clams

Clams of the species Venerupis pullastra from the Galician estuaries, hand-packed with natural broth. The slimy clams are selected for their size and harvesting areas, cooked and shucked by hand. Afterwards, they are carefully selected and packed one by one in an artisan way. They are accompanied by a natural broth, closed and sterilized.

Ingredients: slimy clam, water, onion, bay leaf, lemon and salt.

Net weight: 85 grams. Drained weight: 55 grams.

Origin: Galicia.

We recommend tasting cold, at a temperature of 10-12ĀŗC.

Ideally, place the can on ice or in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes before opening. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany dishes.
