Our artichokes are tender and not at all acidic, they have a natural flavour, they do not taste like “lemon” due to our artisan production.
We pack them with a balanced blend of vegetable oil (sunflower + extra virgin arbequina olive) that highlights the original flavor of the artichokes.
Their low salt content also makes them very healthy (0.26g/100g).

Suggestions:
These artichokes are ideal for your stews, salads or skewers and garnishes. As they are so tender, we recommend adding at the end and not stirring with a spoon. In salads they are ideal with fresh cheese, anchovies and oregano. Once opened, store in the refrigerator in the original liquid and properly covered. Consume within 3-5 days.
