We feel a deep passion for our craft, for the people of the sea, for our rías, for our surroundings and for our tradition. That is why we do things exactly as we have been taught, generation after generation.

We still make our tins only with seafood from the Galician Rías and prepare our sauces following traditional recipes, using only natural ingredients and no additives.
