O Submarino was born with a clear vision: to bring the jewels of the Galician sea to the discerning palate. Its first milestone was the crab pâté, handcrafted with over 65% seafood , harvested from the Galician estuaries, using a recipe that combines crab, mussel, shrimp, cockle and clam.

Over time, they incorporated more seafood pâtés: crab, oysters, clams, all with limited production, top-quality ingredients, and very careful attention to the original flavor and texture.

At O Submarino, the production process is a blend of tradition, artisanal respect for the product, attention to detail in every texture, and the idea that a canned food product can be more than just something to eat—it can be an experience.
