Let yourself be captivated by the unique flavor of our hand-prepared mussels. We carefully select the finest mussels from Galicia, following a traditional recipe passed down through generations.

In the heart of the Rías Baixas, where the sea and the land meet, you'll find our mussels. Surrounded by the essence of Galicia, our mussel rafts are located in an exceptional spot: 42°31'10.0″N / 8°59'24.0″W

On a journey that begins in our mussel rafts, gently rocked by the waves, we cultivate our mussels for 20 to 24 months. Their growth in waters enriched with phytoplankton and at an ideal depth of 19 meters gives them a unique, intense, and meaty flavor.

We carefully select and prepare each mussel at its peak development between September and November, and in less than 12 hours, we take our mussels from the raft to the can. Following an age-old recipe, we prepare a traditional marinade and pack them by hand.
