Let yourself be captivated by the unique flavor of our handmade mussels. We carefully select the best mussels from Galicia, following a traditional recipe passed down from generation to generation.

In the heart of the Rías Baixas, where the sea and land embrace, you'll find our mussels. Surrounded by the Galician essence, our mussel rafts are located in an exceptional location: 42°31’10.0″N / 8°59’24.0″W

On a journey that begins on our rafts, where the waves gently rock, we cultivate our mussels for 20 to 24 months. Their rearing in waters enriched with phytoplankton and with an ideal bathymetry of 19 meters gives them a unique, intense, and meaty flavor.

We carefully select and process each mussel at the optimal moment of its development between September and November, and in less than 12 hours, we transport our mussels from the raft to the can. Following an ancestral recipe, we prepare an artisanal marinade and pack them by hand.
