Eine wunderschöne, intensive Nase mit schwarzen Früchten und Anklängen roter Früchte.
Die Pflaume steht im Mittelpunkt, umgeben von Kirschen und süßen Gewürzen.
Wellen von Aromen steigen aus der Tiefe auf und hinterlassen Noten von Erde und Mineralik.
Das Holz ist zwischen den Gewürzen nur zu erahnen, fast unmerklich.
Gaumen:
Breit, kraftvoll und zugleich fein.
Sehr einladend und angenehm, mit einer Verbindung aus Fülle und Frische.
Das Tannin ist äußerst fein; zwischen der seidigen Textur schwarzer Pflaumen zeigen sich Schokoladennoten und eine Erinnerung an Zedernholz
