Decanting and light micro-oxygenation before malolactic fermentation. The wine remains in stainless steel until bottling.

Tasting:
Medium-bodied garnet red with a violet rim. Clean, transparent, and bright, with good tears.
Very fruity nose: blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, cassis, and light cocoa notes. Medium-structured palate with sweet, well-polymerized tannins. Smooth, silky, and velvety.
Retronasal of red fruit and spices.
