Scallop, onion, and cilantro taco

Ingredients :

10 wheat tacos of 10 cm,

400 g of canned scallops,

200 g of reduced tomato sauce,

1 red onion,

cilantro, hot sauce,

chili threads.

Preparation :

Cook the tomato sauce until reduced; add the drained scallops.

Cook to evaporate the liquid; add the hot sauce, adjusting according to the diners' spicy taste.

In a pan, brown the tacos on one side, fill with the stew, and top with strips of red onion, chopped cilantro, and chili threads.
