ELABORATION

The selected grapes were placed in small 20 kg boxes and transported to the winery in refrigerated vehicles. After passing through the sorting table and destemming, the best bunches were chilled to 10°C for subsequent maceration for 10 hours. After this time, they were gently pressed in an inert atmosphere to prevent any oxidation. Following settling, the clear must fermented at 15°C. In this vintage, malolactic fermentation was carried out in 15% of the tanks. The wine was aged on its fine lees until bottling, which, through periodic punch-downs, were kept in suspension, thus adding complexity to the wine.

COLOR

Pale yellow color with greenish reflections, very bright

NOSE

Its broad and frank intensity on the nose stands out, highlighting the varietal aromas typical of the Albariño grape, such as ripe apple and pear, stone fruit, apricot and a notable citrus background.

MOUTH

Lively, fresh, and structured, with a very well-integrated acidity. A long, lingering aftertaste with hints of exotic fruits like lychee.
