Clean and bright. Attractive deep cherry color that evolves into ruby. On the nose, great intensity, with notes of strawberry, sweet and warm wood, and a toasty background. Pleasant and flavorful on the palate. Long, smooth, and toasty finish.

It pairs well with any type of meat. Grilled mushrooms. Some flavorful or oily fish, such as tuna or cod. Emmental or Gruyère cheeses. Good with mushroom rice.
