WINE MAKING

After six hours of cold maceration, traditional fermentation took place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks after adding native yeasts extracted from our own vineyards.
The wine is cold-stabilized, filtered, and finally bottled.

TASTING COMMENTS

It is characterized by its intense aromas of tropical fruit, especially pineapple, along with delicate and fresh aromas of ripe white fruits such as Golden apple and pear, accompanied by subtle notes of lime and an aniseed base. These aromas are enhanced by cold maceration.

On the palate, it is both fresh and powerful. Gentle and velvety, with a remarkable breadth of flavor, typical of a vintage characterized by its good ripeness. The restrained yet vibrant acidity, along with a noticeable smoothness, offers a balanced, lively, and appetizing wine. A broad retronasal note of white and tropical fruit, with a powerful and very long finish.
