WINE MAKING

After a cold maceration of varying lengths depending on the variety, fermentation took place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.

After adding natural yeasts extracted from our own vineyards, the wine is cold-stabilized, filtered, and finally bottled.

TASTING COMMENTS

The combination of varieties is surprising.

It is a wine of great complexity, characterized by pleasant citrus aromas of mandarin and grapefruit, ripe peach and pineapple, combined with pleasant hints of orange blossom, mint, and soft mineral and earthy notes.

It impresses in the mouth with its powerful structure.

Its fresh youth is accompanied by great character, showing smoothness, balance and a pleasant velvety sensation.

It is creamy, caressing our mouths, with hints of fresh minerality that, together with its soft acidity, reveal a long and pleasant finish.

This wine offers us two seemingly contradictory characteristics: it is a complex yet easy-drinking wine.
