Potato with broccoli and tuna

Ingredients for 1 person:

1 baked potato
100 g of cooked broccoli
2 cloves of garlic
20 ml of oil
1 can of tuna fillets in oil
Salt and black pepper

Elaboration

1. Fry the chopped garlic cloves. Leave a little and add the chopped broccoli.
2. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Sauté the broccoli for one minute.
3. Remove from heat, mix the broccoli with the previously drained tuna.
4. Serve the broccoli and tuna mixture with halved baked potato.

How to roast potatoes:

Wash the potatoes very well.
Chop the potatoes.
Season with salt and add a little oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220ºC for 50 minutes.
