Tomatoes stuffed with tuna belly

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes
  • Mayonnaise
  • Spring onion
  • Pickles

Preparation:

Wash and dry the tomatoes, make a cut in the top and remove the lid, setting it aside.
Empty the inside, being careful not to break them.

We empty some tomatoes with the help of a melon baller, being careful not to break them.

We make a hash with tuna, mayonnaise, spring onion and pickles.

We stuff our tomatoes and decorate with chives and sturgeon roe.
