Escurís is a brand with a soul, forged in 1939 by the intuition of a visionary with no experience in canning but with a deep respect for the sea. Since then, in the heart of the Galician Rías, we have been making canned mussels, clams, cockles and other seafood using artisanal methods, as tradition dictates.
Each piece is treated like a treasure: without additives, with certified quality and a care that is reflected in each can. Today, we remain true to our roots, committed to sustainability, responsible innovation and a commitment to the marine environment. Because for us, preserving is also caring.

The hands that preserve the sea.
Behind each can of Escurís are generations who know the rhythm of the sea and the value of doing things right. Hands that clean, select and package each mussel, clam or cockle with the same dedication as in 1939, when it all began in an abandoned warehouse in A Pobra do Caramiñal.
Time has passed, but the method remains. Know-how is passed down quietly, from bench to bench, among those who have learned by watching, repeating, and respecting.
