Galician root

In Carril, the birthplace of Carril clams, Jesús Lorenzo, a descendant of the first Galician canners, began the artisanal production of canned goods in 1990 using a manual sealer.

Family tradition

Together with his wife, Mª Antonia Paz, he created the brand "Los Peperetes" in 1993, with the aim of producing the highest quality canned seafood using the best seafood from the Galician estuaries.
