Pago de Carraovejas, made with Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, continues the tradition of previous vintages as one of the greats.

Located on the slopes of Peñafiel, Pago de Carraovejas was the first winery in Ribera del Duero to use Cabernet up to 25%, to use French oak for its barrels, and to employ drip irrigation.

Its first vintage was in 1991.
