INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of canned hake roe in oil RCE
- Anchovy-flavored pickled onions
- Pickles
- Capers
- Raspberries
- Canons
- Green shoots
- Fried bread croutons
- 1 egg
PREPARATION
We chop all the pickles: the onions, the gherkins, the capers.
We open the can of roe and pour the oil into a bowl.
Add an egg to the oil and beat until you get a mayonnaise. Set aside.
In a bowl, place the lamb's lettuce and green sprouts.
On top we put the pickled mixture and some raspberries.
Add the hake roe and season with the reserved mayonnaise.
And we finished with some fried bread croutons.
