INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tablet of cheese
- 3 figs
- 2 cans of cod in olive oil
- 150 g of green leaves (lettuce, arugula, watercress)
- 1 tablespoon of grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 0.5 dl of olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
PREPARATION:
Drain the cod. Place the green leaves in a bowl. Add the cheese, the previously drained cod, and the quartered figs.
Add the olive oil, mustard, salt, and black pepper to taste. Use a fork to loosen the sauce and then pour it over the salad. After tossing everything together, it's ready to serve.
