Cheese salad with preserved cod in oil and fresh figs

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablet of cheese
  • 3 figs
  • 2 cans of cod in olive oil
  • 150 g of green leaves (lettuce, arugula, watercress)
  • 1 tablespoon of grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 dl of olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper

PREPARATION:

Drain the cod. Place the green leaves in a bowl. Add the cheese, the previously drained cod, and the quartered figs.
Add the olive oil, mustard, salt, and black pepper to taste. Use a fork to loosen the sauce and then pour it over the salad. After tossing everything together, it's ready to serve.
