We prepared some spaghetti with pickled mussels. A very simple recipe with a well-balanced flavor.
On this occasion we have added some garlic cloves, spring onion and zucchini.
INGREDIENTS:
- 500 Gr. Spaghetti No. 3
- 1 Can of pickled mussels
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 spring onion
- 1 Zucchini
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
PREPARATION:
In a frying pan with a little extra virgin olive oil, we will first brown two finely chopped garlic cloves.
Add half a finely chopped spring onion and the zucchini, cut into strips, and sauté them. Halfway through, add the mussel escabeche, and almost at the end, add the mussels.
We will put the spaghetti in a saucepan with boiling water, a little salt, and a splash of olive oil until they are al dente.
We will proceed to mix the pasta with a third of the sauce, adding the other two thirds on top.
The pasta is now ready to serve.
