Grilled tinned razor clams

Ingredients: a couple of garlic cloves, a can of razor clams, half a lemon, parsley, and extra virgin olive oil.

Preparation: Finely chop the garlic, place it in a bowl with olive oil and plenty of parsley, mix well, and let it rest. Place a frying pan on the heat and, when hot, add four drops of the prepared oil. Drain the liquid from the razor clams and place them on the heat, pouring the prepared garlic, oil, and parsley mixture over them. Stir them a few times to brown ( but be careful not to dry them out ), then empty the contents of the pan onto a plate, sprinkling the grilled razor clams with a squeeze of lemon. A great appetizer to show off.
