
Los Peperetes Preserves
Los Peperetes. In 1990, Jesús Lorenzo Crespo, grandson of canners, began making canned sardines and cockles from the Arosa Estuary in a homemade way, sealing them with a manual sealer. Three years later, the brand "Los Peperetes" was born with the aim of producing the highest quality canned food, using the most prized seafood and fish from Galicia.
25 years later, the brand continues to uphold the philosophy of its beginnings: to seek the highest quality, using the best raw materials from the Galician estuaries and artisanal and limited production.
