Herpac Canned Goods
Herpac was born in Barbate, the birthplace of bluefin tuna and the age-old art of almadraba fishing. What began as a small family workshop is today a leading brand in canned, cured and smoked products, without losing an iota of authenticity.
We continue to handcraft each product, with the same respect and care as when we started. Because at Herpac we believe that flavor is not created: it is preserved. In each jar, in each can, we carry the soul of the Andalusian sea, the fishing tradition and a way of life that does not understand shortcuts.

The soul of tuna, handcrafted.
At Herpac, tradition isn't explained; it's worked. In every piece of tuna, there are hands that fillet it with precision, salt it to perfection, and arrange it by hand as the craft dictates. This is how our cured fish, dried tuna, and canned goods are made: as those who know the sea from the inside have always done.
Many of our female workers have grown up watching this work, learning by sight and perfecting with experience. In their hands lives a legacy that has made Barbate a unique place on the gastronomic map.
Each can is more than just a product: it's history, it's territory, and it's the essence of a craft that hasn't lost a drop of authenticity.
