The Cathedral of Navarra
In the heart of the Ebro Valley, where fertile land and extreme weather forge vegetables with character, a brand committed to authenticity is born: La Catedral de Navarra .
The result of the Sainz family's commitment, with over 70 years of experience in the sector, the brand represents the union between tradition, research and respect for nature. Each canned product originates from the field and is processed immediately, preserving the flavor, texture and authenticity of the freshly harvested vegetables.
From cultivation to the final design, everything is designed to satisfy the most demanding palate, with products that are a tribute to the land of Navarre and its people.

Petra López: the origin of a tradition that honors the flavor of Navarra
During the Spanish Civil War, in Mendavia, Petra López —grandmother of the current owner of La Catedral de Navarra— began preserving vegetables with her own hands. She used tin to seal jars full of asparagus, peppers, artichokes, and tomatoes harvested from her garden, and she also prepared preserves for neighbors in the village.
In a difficult time, when food was scarce and ingenuity was vital, Petra not only nourished but also preserved the soul of the Navarre region . Its small family workshop became the seed of a brand that, decades later, remains true to that heritage.
Since then, the family has perfected the art of preserving, respecting the season and working only with the best raw materials. Each jar of La Catedral de Navarra is more than a product: it is a story of effort, authenticity and a deep love for the Navarrese countryside.
