Conservera Gallega, SA was founded in 1904 by Manuel and Francisco Lafuente Torrón.

It has been dedicated to the manufacture of select canned fish and seafood for over a hundred years.

Located in the Pontevedra town of Vilanova de Arousa, on the banks of the estuary that gives it its name, this company carefully selects its products, processing them in a traditional way without adding any type of chemical additive, which enhances the flavor and natural characteristics of the raw materials used, and packaging them by hand.
