Los Peperetes. In 1990, Jesús Lorenzo Crespo, grandson of canners, began making canned small sardines and cockles from the Arousa estuary at home, sealing the tins with a manual seamer. Three years later the brand "Los Peperetes" was born, with the aim of producing top-quality canned seafood from the most prized fish and shellfish of Galicia.
25 years later, the brand still keeps the philosophy it started with: the highest quality, the best raw materials from the Galician Rías, and artisan, limited production.
