St Petroni

Tasting notes:

Straw yellow with greenish highlights, crystal clear and bright. On the nose it is intense, with a marked varietal character, showing citrus, mineral and balsamic herb notes, and hints of white flowers. On the palate it is fresh, broad and elegant, with well-integrated acidity, spicy notes and a long, complex finish.

Production:

The Albariño grape is the star of its production. A variety grown at Pazo Arretén, it is characterized by a rich, delicate flavor imparted by the microclimate of the Padrón valley, resulting in this exceptional aperitif.

Its producer, Vermutería de Galicia, follows a carefully studied and nurtured process to make this vermouth. First, it is vinified on the lees to obtain distinctive nuances in aroma and flavor. After a controlled maceration of 29 botanicals, the vermouth rests and is filtered before being bottled under the St Petroni seal.
