ELABORATION

Vermouth made using a traditional recipe from the beginning of the last century with a freshness and aroma, somewhere between bitter and sweet. To obtain the base wines, we carefully select native Galician grape varieties to achieve the necessary roundness required for this type of wine. We add sugar, extracts, and a macerated herb mixture, including sage, marjoram, lemon verbena, mugwort, cinnamon, and vanilla. It is then left to rest in wooden casks and finally filtered.

TASTING NOTES

Mahogany in color with coppery glints. On the nose, it is intense and fragrant, highlighting herbaceous notes of mugwort, marjoram, and sage, among others. Its fresh and aromatic aroma invites you to try it. On the palate, it shows weight and consistency. It has a rounded and powerful mid-palate. It finishes long with a powerful herbaceous and spicy aftertaste. A very pleasant bitter aftertaste with sweet notes.
