Diraspatura e pigiatura molto delicate, quasi a grappolo intero. Fermentazione e macerazione in acciaio inox a 21-23 °C.

Svinatura e leggera microssigenazione prima della malolattica. Permanenza in acciaio inox fino all'imbottigliamento.

Degustazione:
Rosso granato di media intensità con unghia violacea. Pulito, trasparente e brillante, buona lacrima.
Naso molto fruttato: more, fragola, mirtilli, cassis e leggere note di cacao. Bocca di struttura media, con tannini dolci e ben polimerizzati. Buona untuosità, setoso e vellutato.
Retronasale di frutta rossa e speziato.
