VINIFICAZIONE

Le uve selezionate sono state raccolte in piccole cassette da 20 kg e trasportate in cantina con mezzi refrigerati. Dopo il passaggio sul tavolo di cernita e la diraspatura, i grappoli migliori sono stati raffreddati fino a 10⁰ C per la successiva macerazione di 10 ore. Trascorso questo tempo, sono stati pressati delicatamente in atmosfera inerte, evitando così qualsiasi ossidazione. Dopo la decantazione, il mosto limpido ha fermentato a 15⁰ C. In questa vendemmia abbiamo effettuato la fermentazione malolattica nel 15% delle vasche. Il vino è stato conservato fino all'imbottigliamento sulle sue fecce fini che, grazie a periodici bâtonnage, restano in sospensione apportando così complessità al vino.

Colore giallo paglierino pallido con riflessi verdolini, molto brillante

NASO

Spicca la sua ampia e franca intensità al naso, con gli aromi varietali tipici dell'uva Albariño, come mela e pera mature, frutta a nocciolo, albicocca e una notevole nota di fondo agrumata.

BOCCA

Vivace, fresco e strutturato, con un'acidità molto ben integrata. Retrogusto di grande persistenza in cui compaiono ricordi di frutti esotici come il litchi.
